Fish Isle Taking the path of stepping stones nearest to the warrior's den, you'll come to another island, similar in size and terrain as the camp. Many fish seem to be attracted to this island more than the others, so this is the island that IceClan hunts most at, their diet primarily composed of fish. The island is more populated in river birch than the camp island, so they can catch the occasional bird that stops to rest on the branches of the trees. Warriors have to be careful when hunting, though, so they don't fall in the water. Moderators: [ vi . ], . shadow*! |

Training Island A ways behind the nursery is another island. This one almost clear of trees but for a few scattered about along with a tangle or two of ferns. This is where warriors take their apprentices to do battle training because the terrain is clear, but they can also practice fighting with trees and shrubbery in the way. The training island is a convenient place to practice nearly any technique because it can teach apprentices to fight in almost every type of landscape, from avoiding crashing into trees to being careful not to fall into the water. Island of Prosperity Near the training area is another island, connected by a trail of stepping stones. It is the most abundant in greenery and herbs of all of the islands on the lake. This is where the medicine cat can find most of the remedies they'll need to treat sick cats. The island is covered in such a variety of herbs and plants that the medicine cat rarely needs to go to the mainland. To preserve the island's current state of lush greenery, warriors try to avoid going there unless they're gathering herbs; otherwise, the plants may be trampled and the medicine cat wouldn't be able to get those herbs anymore. Mainland A stepping stone path from the fishing island will take you to the mainland (the forest where FlameClan's territory lies). The only way to get there from where the camp is is in the middle of the lake. If warriors feel like hunting some land prey that is rarely, if ever, found on the fishing island, they can do so at their portion of territory on the mainland. This section of land is covered in maple trees and abundant in mice, voles, and other land prey. Warriors must be careful of the gorge that separates IceClan territory from FlameClan territory when hunting, though. Moderators: [ vi . ], . shadow*! |
