As many of you probably know, Starless Sonata is currently plot-less. The admins are fresh out of ideas, so we thought it would be good if we let our members decide on what type of plot they would like to do. (:
Any sort of plot is okay, as long as it is semi-realistic and appropriate. Please feel free to share your ideas and discuss on here. Thank you!

Woooo, I have an idea I was thinking maybe the cats could see a shower of shooting stars and think Starclan was falling from the sky and onto the ground, and desintegrating itself. Or something. XD

That could be a good idea, but unless the stars actually vanished from the sky, there wouldn't be much of a panic... well, since this is fantasy, that could happen..
so... i like it ^^''

Hmm, not so sure. There could be a panic, of course, that would be logical. And then, well, blames could be made on other cats. "You did this to provoke Starclan and you made them disappear," "You ate my prey," stuff like that. And eventually, the blame could fall onto the other clan. So Iceclan would blame Flameclan for everything, and vice-versa. Maybe eventually, a cat from Starclan can talk to the medicine cats to show them how to fix the stars and stop the fighting. Just my ideas. If anyone else wants to add onto it, feel free, of course. XD

hm. we can build on that. ^^ how about the meteor shower happens at a gathering and the clans go into a panic? once the shower ends, the entire sky is filled with clouds so that no stars are in sight. they begin to shout ideas for what could've happened, but finally they come to the conclusion that starclan as left them. we could somehow fit the accusations into there, but i'm not really sure how in a way that would seem realistic. :/

I'll give my two cents for the idea :)
Perhaps what has been suggested does happen. The two Clans are at a gathering, a meteor shower occurs, and the sky fills up with clouds hiding the stars. Of course Clans never live in "peace", there are always accusations. Trespassing, stealing, etc. So perhaps prior to this happening, one of the Clans challenges the other... perhaps for a bit of land, or for trespassing or ignoring a warning from the last gathering. To keep the suspense and drama going, perhaps even further the clouds stay and it rains off and on for awhile, until the Clans begin a war or something of the sorts.
That is where I see it going at this point :)

awesome idea. o: perhaps after the meteor shower, clouds cover the sky, ladida. the clouds could be the result of a hurricane...? that might add to the tensions. owo

Hmmm... I have a couple of plots from some sites i made that ended up dying and were never finished 8D I'm sorta too lazy to rechange the names and the plots and the like, but maybe they can give ideas :3 They have nothing to do with the plot we're discussing either, but I'd just like to throw them out there~ ^^ Plot #1 Since the dawn of the Clans, everone knew somethng bad would happen. But everyone was afraid to admit it. They wanted to prove to others that they were strong, powerful, invincible. For generations, this belief was brought down through the Clans, and at points, many believed it was real. They didn't believe that it wasn't true. The battle to be the strongest raged through ThunderClan, RiverClan, ShadowClan, and WindClan, as though there was a prize to be won. Lives were lost, and soon StarClan was fed up with the four Clans. A conversation about what to do was said through four cats, and it was a convrsation none would forget.
"Rainstar, do something about your WindClan. They have lost all moral values!" A big ginger tom, the former leader of ShadowClan, hissed at a small grey she-cat, the former leader of WindClan. "Oh, like your wonderful ShadowClan is any better, Flamestar! They are the ones that started it. As well as that rogue-filled ThunderClan." Rainstar scoffed. "Rogue-filled? At least we don't attack every innocent cat like ShadowClan!" A dark tabby tom mewed, the former leader of ThunderClan. "Innocent? Is that so, Barkstar? Every cat isn't as weak as Firestar." Flamestar mewed, enjoying this game. "Look, you three aren't going to solve anything by arguing! RiverClan is the only Clan that seems to have sense now!" A tortoiseshell mewed, the former leader of RiverClan. "Then what do you propose, Dappledstar?" Rainstar mewed. "We send a message down to the medicine cats, warning them of destruction." Dappledstar mewed. "Would that even work? The Clans aren't listening to us any more. They have turned away from us. I say we just get rid of them now." Flamestar proposed. "Of course you would think of something so evil, Flamestar." Barkstar hissed. "Well, do you have any other ideas?" Flamestar mewed, annoyed. "Yes, actually. We start a new cat species. One that will bring the Clans together after the apocolypse."
Dappledstar, Rainstar, and Flamestar looked at Barkstar, astonished at such an idea.
"You know, that could actually work." Flamestar mewed in agreement. "How do we warn the medicine cats about this? Shouldn't we?" Dappledstar mewed. Flamestar shook his head. "No. They'll know if something is up." The ginger tom mewed, and walked off.
Flamestar was wrong. They didn't know anything. The apocolypse came, and destroyed the Clans. It was over for them, accept for a few of the remaining cats who survived the destruction. They recreated the Clans from what they could, though it wasn't the same. Some believed that it was useless to try, and gave up. Other's wanted to try and rebuild themselves, and reestablished the four Clans: The Thundering Clan, The River Clan, the Winds Clan, and the Shadowed Clan, just in time for what was to come. As prophecied,
"The fires will burn to shadows ash. The storms will release thunders pain. The rain will flow through rivers time. And the ash will bring the winds down. One of each part, dark and and stricken, will tear them to the ground with the power unknown. Remember what you are told, and don't trust the ones who fight with wings."
The prophecy didn't make sense to the cats. But they now knew that they could trust no one. They called these unknown cats the night cats, but never spoke of them. The cats just knew that all they could do was wait. Plot #2 ThunderClan, WindClan, RiverClan, and ShadowClan have lived in peace for many moons, and StarClan has relentlessly given the lives to leaders and acceptance to new StarClan cats. Troubles and secrects stay unknown until one day, on the night of the Gathering, there was a cloud covering the light of the full moon. All turned to medicine cats for answers. They knew nothing of this, and though their gut feeling told them to renounce the Gathering, they kept on with it. All went as normal, until lightning struck out of no where and killed a medicine cat apprentice of RiverClan. What was wrong with StarClan? What did they do? The felt the problem dwelled within RiverClan, and they started accusing the actaully innocent Clan. The The WindClan leader felt as if RiverClan should be banished, but the medicine cat of that Clan stepped forward and said she would rather be exciled for ignoring her gut feeling. The medicine cat left the next day. At the next Gathering, the moon was still covered, but everything was still the same. They discussed the matter further at the Gathering, but decided that it wasn't a sign, then returned to the Clans. When the Clans got to their camp, though, blood filled their noses, and it came from the nursery. The Clan found their queens dead, yet one kit from each Clan still survived. The Clans didn't know what to do about the kits. They would die anyways from no milk, so they put them by the moonpool so they would reach StarClan as soon as they died. The kits were found by the RiverClan medicine cat, and she cared for them, knowing that they were part of StarClan's new prophecy. After the kits were taken in, deaths became more frequent. The Clans didn't know why they were happening. A cloud still covered the moon. No medicine cat could interpret the sign. Eventually, the Clans stopped coming to Gatherings altogether. The sunhigh Gatherings stopped as well. The borders soon dissapeared. And the warrior code was fading quickly. The medicine cats still kept the monthly routine of returning to the moonpool every halfmoon. During one visit, though, each was visited by Shadowstar, Windstar, Thunderstar, and Riverstar. They told the cats that the warrior code was no more. This was the doing of the Dark Forest. The cats there wanted the Clans to become savage and untrustworthy, and they were the ones that obscured the moon, not StarClan. They left the three medine cats with this prophecy, "Four travel as one, tainted by Dark, but saved by Star. Stones high holds the key to restore the light, and death saves us all." Until the prophecy was fullfillled, they said, the moon no longer exsist. Boundries are no more, and soon so will the Clans . . . Plot #3The code is threatened. The Dark Forest has become unstoppable. A new cat promises a new future for the Clans, but looks oddly like Tigerstar. The cats of the New Generations don't know that, though. They just think he is an ordinary dark tabby. Though Tigerstar was not evil, just ambitious, this cat is. He's set out to make the Clans irreversably horrifying. His "improvements" ruin the warrior code. Nothing's going to stop him.
Well, except for that evil rogue that's also trying to eliminate the Clans. She is vicious, and hates the Clans. She has killed a warrior with her own teeth. She threatened a deputy, then attacked its apprentice. She even killed the leader of one of the Clans, announcing herself as the new ruler! Anyone going to stop her? No, unless they hate their wellbeing or is suicidal. Anything going to stop him? I'd like to think so, but is it for sure? Two cats, Clan and Rogue. Four Clans, forged into killers. One cat has all the answers, but are they good for the Clans? One cat hold all the power, but will it devastate them?
Battles rage over territory and rights, blood has turned the lake red. The leaf-bare is dreadful, but the green-leaf is worse. RiverClan and WindClan have become TerrorClan, the Clan of no hope. The rogue leads them. ShadowClan and ThunderClan have become FearClan, the Clan of hatered. The Clan cat leads them. Medicine cats have abandoned their duties, and the leaders of FearClan and TerrorClan have banished them and killed them off, to getting rid of them forever. Elders are killed off, along with weak kits. The reincarnation or Tigerstar and Brokenstar live upon them. Nothings right. Nothing will ever be again.
((YAH THESE WERE MADE WHEN I HAD TONS OF MUSE >.<)) Mmk... so for the current plot we're discussing... xD Hmmm.. AND THE HURRICANE CAN LAST FOR WEEKS 8D and a lot of prisoners of war can be taken and stuffs. And they think that StarClan started the hurricane mehbeh as a warning or cuz they were mad because they stopped believing blah-blah-blah. Or mehbeh the reason why StarClan was mad was because of the enemy group or something...? AND THEY WERE MADE BY THE PLACE OF NO STARSSS (or the dark forest or whatever) :P

woah, those are really nice plots, sunny. xD i especially like the third one though, except for the fact that it nearly revolves around two specified cats. maybe we can somehow blend that plot and the plot we've come up with? :/

hmmm... that doesn't sound like starclan, though. maybe a rogue group appears, threatening to destroy the clans forever if they didn't surrender? the two clans turn against each other, and the war they are fighting with the rogue group is not going well because iceclan and fireclan refuse to even acknowledge each other anymore, but in the end the hurricane drives the rogues out and then the clans have to bond together again to rebuild their territory?
